Today I love Cream of Wheat. I wouldn’t try it as a child. Probably because of the name. Who wanted wheat anything back then? It was white bread all the way. But now I have restless leg syndrome, or RLS. I find a direct link between the amount of iron I consume and the pain in my legs. So I tried CoW. Within a week, better. Now for flareups, I eat CoW and take my RLS medicine and the pain is totally under control.
