Today I love Cream of Wheat. I wouldn’t try it as a child. Probably because of the name. Who wanted wheat anything back then? It was white bread all the way. But now I have restless leg syndrome, or RLS. I find a direct link between the amount of iron I consume and the pain in my legs. So I tried CoW. Within a week, better. Now for flareups, I eat CoW and take my RLS medicine and the pain is totally under control.

Iron rich Cream of Wheat comes flavored or not. I like the not. What’s the FREE? They are giving away samples on their site at B&G…sign up for yours…not just ’cause it’s healthy…’cause it’s flippin’ fantastic!

This round of Google Analytics is more of a “really, you had to ask this question?”  I’m serious, some of these are a given.  Some of these things you shouldn’t have gotten anywhere near my blog…what’s the deal?
