    I take individually wrapped dried plums (aka prunes, but doesn’t dried plums sound nicer?) with me in my purse, so when I’m hungry during the day, my snack is a great source of fiber.

    fiber bars, eat alot of beans and rich in fiber foods- but this looks like a great way to get fiber without having well…at least i could feed this to my husband and be able to light a cand;e without having the house explode

    I have a fiber cereal in the morning, a fiber yogurt in the afternoon, and in the evening, I put 2 tablespoonfuls of fiber cereal in a half container of fiber yogurt.

    I have oatmeal most mornings and add blueberries which are high in fiber. I use 100% whole wheat bread for lunch and try to eat apples and other high fiber fruit and veggies throughout the day.
