You know I got the Core Rhythms in a contest that they sponsored on  my blog before and I’ve been using it since then…and I’m a loser!

To celebrate, I’m giving away another starter set of the Core Rhythms DVD’s. The best part about these DVD’s? They are fun! I’m learning dance moves…mambo, jive, samba…and seriously, a workout feels like a night of dancing with my friends!   Sometimes I just watch it, it’s that much fun…

wait, don’t tell anyone that…shhhh….

I’M TOTALLY WORKING OUT ALL THE TIME!!!

And like with any DVD’s you can take it slow, learn the moves at your own pace.

    I am not doing nearly as much as I should be to get bathing suit ready, seeing as I’ve recently given birth and all… Now that it looks like spring may really be here, I’m hoping to get out walking with the baby more often. I’m also chasing a 3 yr. old around – that can sure get your heartrate up. I do enjoy dancing though (not that I’m at all good at it) so if these DVD’s are actually fun and effective, they may be good motivators for me!

  2. With a new baby its hard to get as much exercise as I like. Since the weather has been so nice we go on walks 2-3 times per day. Also at work I always take the stairs and drink lots of water throughout the day.

    Well since we’re expecting in August the whole bathing suit thing is moot for this year – but I’ve been trying to walk a lot to keep the baby weight from getting out of control – once the baby comes I’ll need all the help I can get to fit back into my jeans!!

    I’ve recently joined YMCA. I’ve been working out 3-5 times a week doing everything from Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing and Turbe Kick!

    I am slowly recovering from surgery so as soon as I am able I will again start walking, but I do need something extra to get this body movtivated.

    I’m trying hard to ditch my Coca-Cola addiction & replace them with water, and bumping up my workouts at home. But the elliptical is getting boring, I’d love these DVDs to mix up the routine a bit!

    I’ve been working out in the treadmill eversince I started working from home and cancelled my gym membership at work. But I’m really bored to death doing this everytime. I entertain myself by plugging my children’s ipod in my ears listening to their hsm, camp rock, and cheetah girls music.

    I need something fun and motivating and effective to get me going… I really, really want this workout dvds… Hope I’ll win it this time :-)

    I’ve been doing the South Beach diet since Feb and have lost abt 10 lbs. LOVE LOVE LOVE working out at home – I have 100′s of workout dvds – but don’t have this one. I will look into it! Love variety…I promise I will check into it!! :)

    I don’t know if I will ever feel bathing suit ready, lol but I’ve been trying to not eat at night which is huge for me… that’s my favorite time to eat! I’ve also been playing the Wii.. which makes me more sore then I’d like to admit :) I do get bored easy though and have been trying to find something new to motivate me..     Not only am I trying to get bathing suit ready, but I am trying to get looking good for my sister’s wedding in June. I get so bored with working out and I think this would be great for me! I am going to start running to pump up my cardio, but my midsection is by far my biggest problem area and this would be awesome to win! Thank you for the chance!
