I’m a Southern cook so holiday dinners are full of good ol’ home cooking! In particular, pecan-crusted glazed ham, sweet potato casserole, fruit salad, deviled eggs. For dessert, my family just loves German Chocolate Cake. I only make it at Christmas or really special occasions, so it’s definitely a treat!

Usually it’s Southern traditional: turkey/ham, dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, relish tray, rolls, and pies for dessert.
This year my daughter home from college far away has requested lobster, cold lemon/garlic potatoes, and chocolate cheesecake. It should be interesting!
